We hadn’t done any drama since 2018! Pirates of the Panto was in January, and They Came from Mars in July. This was partly to do with Covid and partly to do with circumstances in our community. We were so glad to get this production off the ground because we had immense fun! Thank you to everyone in our community; Broad Hinton, Winterbourne Bassett and Uffcott, who made it possible.

The production was a bit of a mixed-up Cinderella – The Wicked Witch of the West and Abanazer are both trying to take over the world, but which one of them is behind the string of panto prop thefts? Can Policeman Buttons solve the wicked crime and help the Prince marry Cinders? Or will Buttons marry her himself? A very few panto conventions in an unconventional panto.
