Viewing the Hall

Our venue is run by volunteer trustees, so it is not open all the time. If you would like to view the hall before booking, please send an email to hallbookings@broadhinton.org.uk. We’ll be happy to arrange a convenient time.

How to book Broad Hinton Village Hall

Booking the hall is quick and easy using our online booking calendar. Bookings can also be made by sending an email to hallbookings@broadhinton.org.uk.

1. Check availability

Visit the calendar and click on the date you are interested in. This will open our online booking system (Lemon Bookings) where you can see available times and make a booking.

2. Create an account

If you are a new user, you will need to create an account. If you have booked before, simply log in. Once logged in, follow the instructions to request your booking.

3. Confirm your booking

After submitting your request:

• You will receive a confirmation email
• An invoice will be issued with payment instructions
• If required, a refundable deposit will be calculated automatically based on the type of event

Deposits must normally be paid at least 7 days before the event.

4. Before your event

Some events may require a short hirer briefing with the Hall Bookings Trustee, particularly if:

• The event involves alcohol
• It is open to the public
• The booking is high risk or late evening

This helps ensure your event runs smoothly.
